TellySynco is a family organization platform that provides AI-powered calendar management, task coordination, and household communication tools. The Service is available on web, mobile, and TV platforms.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use TellySynco. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The household administrator is responsible for managing family member access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TellySynco only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) remain the exclusive property of TellySynco. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without prior written consent.
6. Subscription & Billing
TellySynco offers both free and premium tiers. Premium features are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
TellySynco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
